You are responsible for the following:
- Installation Requirement is met on your website server (see requirement page).
- MySQL database is created with a valid (Hostname, Database Name, Username , and Password).
- Valid FTP access for file uploads (Hostname, Username, and Password).
note:
- If you are not sure of any of the above items, please consult your Website Hosting provider tech-support to assist you.
- Migration only include RainMaker related files and database. You will be responsible for moving unrelated files (e.g. images, audio, or flash).
- Migration fee is not refundable once migration have been initiated.
